If you decide to make chocolate favors do not place them on the fridge, chocolate is sensitive and needs to have proper air circulation to keep fresh. Keep chocolate away strong odors otherwise the chocolate will absorbs the odor. Chocolate is best kept at temperatures between 63 and 75 degrees F. It is also important that you store your chocolate off the floor and at least four inches away from any walls.
